We manage all interested parties, customers and suppliers in our customer database when we receive a sales inquiry or contact new suppliers. The contact details of the respective contact person are saved so that we can contact the responsible person directly in the future. The management, all commercial employees, customer service, internal and external sales including sales representatives and purchasing have access to this contact information.
In addition to this contact information, we store the type of contact and the topic of the contact.
These company and contact details are stored permanently so that information can be provided even if queries arise after a longer period of time. We will of course correct incorrect or outdated data and delete it upon request.

We publish vacant positions and training places with the aim of receiving meaningful applications. Your documents are stored electronically in the human resources department. The managers of the position to be filled have access to them.
Application documents for advertised positions are deleted 6 months after rejection. If an applicant is of interest to us despite rejection, we will add him to our applicant pool with his consent.
Unsolicited applications are visible to the manager of the respective department.
It is checked whether there is a suitable vacant position. If this is not the case, the applicant data is also deleted after 6 months.
